VKTRY Insoles for Multi-Sport Athletes

As a HUGE proponent of multiple sports and the benefits they bring our youth athletes, I’m always looking for versatile gear that provides value across various activities. My daughter recently tried VKTRY insoles for the first time.

Who’s To Blame For The Decline In The Mult-Sport Athlete

VKTRY Insoles: A Game-Changer for Multi-Sport Youth Athletes

Designed for athletes across all sports, these insoles are easily transferable between shoes—if they’re the same type. My soccer player doesn’t use them in both her running shoes and cleats. But for my volleyball player, whether on the court, lifting weights for strength training, playing pickup basketball with the family, or going for a run to build endurance for beach volleyball, she can pop them into her shoes and go. As a big advocate for multi-sport play, I love that we don’t need to buy a separate pair for every activity.

Real Performance Enhancements for Youth Athletes

What my daughter noticed most was the support. As an outside hitter, she’s constantly landing hard after jumps and making sudden stops, putting intense pressure on her feet—especially after recovering from a broken toe over the summer; it felt good to have additional support.  An added benefit, the insoles have a carbon fiber bottom that forces energy back up and helps with higher jumps and faster takeoffs.

When An Athlete Loses Confidence

Her volleyball friends who have used them longer mentioned that their legs feel fresher and less fatigued after long practices since using them.

The Mental Edge in Youth Sports: Small Things Matter

Having quality gear can also give a mental confidence boost. Knowing she has that extra support underfoot makes her feel like she has an edge—whether blocking at the net or approaching for a big hit. That mental assurance, even as simple as knowing her feet are better protected, helps her focus and play more confidently. Building confidence in small ways can make a tangible difference in performance for youth athletes.

About the founder

According to a survey conducted over 30 years by two coaches and athletic administrators about what young athletes want to hear most from their parents after a sporting event, it turns out it is: “I love to watch you play.”
