1.OVERALL FITNESS: 23 workouts, 1 website. There's something here for everyone. Personal trainer Katerina Kountouris with 23 great at-home workouts: EMOM, HIIT, Chair, AMRAP, Jump rope, core, interval sprint, to name a few.

2. SOCCER: The Soccer Specialist. Coach Greg offers a ton of great drills for just about every aspect of soccer and all levels. He also has targeted and specific goals and plans to download, some for free and some for a fee.

3.VOLLEYBALL: Coach Reid gives a bundle of exercises to help your volleyball athlete during Covid. He also has many technical, training, fitness, and injury prevention videos for all levels.

4.LACROSSE: 10 footwork exercises for Lacrosse players. Found this video on LAX weekly Youtube Channel. Easy to follow, creative, simple, and effective ideas to work on your footwork. Many of the ideas could work for several different sports.

5. SOFTBALL: USA Softball shares home videos of their players' workouts over Covid with tutorials and instructions for kids to do at home. How fun for young athletes to see their stars' workout programs and do it alongside them. There are 2 per page so just keep arrowing over to see more videos.

 

6. MIND/BODY: Yoga With Adriene -  Her Youtube channel has a ton of free videos - just about something for every occasion, feeling, or issue. On her website, she has paid subscriptions $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Also good for athletes taking a recovery or 'rest' day

7. SOCCER: Soccer stars training.Train like (and with) professional Futbol players. If you want to train alongside the likes of Ronaldo and Mohamed Salah, look no further than Goal.com Covid workouts. From full body to core and mobility to an exercise bike circuit. Your athlete can train like the pros.

 

8. SWIM: This was a tough one, but Runner's World came up with Creative ways to keep swimming during the Pandemic. A few great tips for swimmers when they can't get into a pool.

9. BASEBALL: 5 Drills you can do by yourself at home. YouGoProBaseball with 5 easy to follow ways to work on your game. They have many more videos to choose from, some you can do from home and others you'll need to be on the diamond.

10. FITNESS FOR YOUNGER KIDS: PE With Joe. Joe Wicks started free youtube workouts every day for kids the day the pandemic forced everyone inside. Even through a broken hand, Joe kept his promise to give kids a healthy outlet. He also offers 5-minute virtual breaks there as well as workouts for seniors and all levels of fitness.
