What The Parents Of Female Athletes Need To Know

The female athlete triad, puberty, burnout, self-care; if your’e raising a female athlete you don’t want to miss this talk.

We enlisted the help of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) and Ally Smith, MS, ATC – Graduate Assistant at The University of South Carolina, Department of Exercise Science; to sort through what parents need to be aware of and how to help our female athletes stay healthy for the long term.
